Remember when I was dreaming about cool school photos? Well, I took matters into my own hands and went to an open studio session with Stomping Ground in Manhattan a month ago to have our family photos taken.
Isn’t this photo the best?
We have never had our family portraits taken before, so I didn’t know how much a photo – a really really good photo – could be such a treasure. Now I know.

Molly, Adore the photo of your gorgeous girls. Thanks for sharing! I can barely keep up these days, but your blogs are the 2 I make a point to read. I just started my own blog which is totally homegrown right now, but may become something bigger down the road. Thought I’d share as you have with me. Thanks as always for being an inspiration

Sarah -
Thank you for your very kind words – they mean a lot to me. And congratulations on your new blog. I love the Bento idea. I wish I were organized and creative enough to do this for my own kids. We’re pretty good at healthy lunches, but not so great at presentation! Keep up the good work – I think you will love the creative outlet of writing your blog.
Best wishes,
Molly
